Crown Voyages Pvt Ltd is a Maldives-based travel company operating under Crown Voyages Limited (Hong Kong) for international representation and marketing purposes.
Payments are accepted through the Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway and international SWIFT bank transfers.
3. Scope of Services
Crown Voyages provides professional travel and tourism services, including:
- Maldives resort bookings
- International and domestic flight reservations
- Transfers and travel packages
- Honeymoon and group travel coordination
We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers such as resorts, airlines, and transportation providers.
4. Website Use
4.1 You may use our website only for lawful purposes and legitimate travel-related activities.
4.2 You must not misuse the website, engage in unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.
4.3 We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse or policy violations are detected.
5. Booking & Payment Terms
5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
5.2 Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes and service charges unless specified.
5.3 Payments may be made by:
- BML Payment Gateway (Maldives)
- International SWIFT bank transfer
5.4 Once payment is received, a booking confirmation and invoice will be issued.
5.5 Crown Voyages does not store your full card details; payment security is handled entirely by BML’s PCI DSS-compliant system.
5.6 We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings where payment is not received within the requested time frame.
6. Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@crownvoyages.com.
6.2 Each resort, airline, or supplier has its own cancellation policy, which will be outlined in your confirmation invoice.
6.3 Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before check-in, unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
6.4 Refunds are processed in accordance with the supplier’s terms and may take 14–30 business days once approved.
6.5 Refunds are always issued through the original payment method (BML or SWIFT transfer).

7. Traveler Responsibilities
7.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring all required documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid for travel.
7.2 Crown Voyages will not be held liable for losses resulting from visa denials, expired documents, or airline restrictions.
7.3 Travelers must comply with health and customs regulations applicable to their destination.
8. Resort & Supplier Conditions
8.1 All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by resorts, airlines, and other suppliers.
8.2 Crown Voyages acts solely as a booking intermediary and has no control over changes made by third-party providers.
8.3 Any disputes or complaints regarding resort services must be raised directly with the resort management during your stay.
9. Pricing & Accuracy
9.1 We make every effort to ensure all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate.
9.2 However, errors, omissions, or price changes may occur due to supplier updates or currency fluctuations.
9.3 In the event of an error, we will promptly notify you and provide options to confirm, modify, or cancel your booking.
9.4 Crown Voyages reserves the right to revise rates or withdraw offers without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Crown Voyages Pvt Ltd acts only as an agent for independent resorts, airlines, and other suppliers.
10.2 We are not liable for:
- Cancellations, delays, or overbookings by third-party suppliers
- Losses caused by weather, strikes, government actions, or force majeure events
- Any injury, loss, or damage not directly caused by our negligence
10.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

11. Force Majeure
Crown Voyages will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or system outages.
